Scand J Public Health. 2011 Jul;39(7 Suppl):68-71. doi: 10.1177/1403494811402413.

Validity and coverage: As of January 2011, 59 clinical databases (51 nationwide) are registered as approved by the National Board of Health. The National Indicator Project currently covers eight disease areas, with two more under implementation.
