Based on all interviews that we conducted so far we were able to identify that: First, the help-seeking process is very complex, as you can see, many people, places, circumstances and factors are involved;
Why do they think this happens?
Second, we were able to identify some of the key people involved in this journey and we would like to know more from you about their roles.
For each provider we explore what was helpful and/or less helpful or frustrating.
