Rectal bleeding
(score represent the most severe bleeding of the day)		0 = No blood observed
1 = Fringe of blood with faeces less than half of the time
2 = Obvious blood with faeces more than half of the time
3 = Blood passed
Stool frequency0 = Normal
1 = One-to-two times more than normal
2 = Three-to-four times more than normal
3 = Five times more than normal
Endoscopic features
(based on the presence of erythema, vascular pattern, tissue friability and observation of erosion or ulceration)		0 = Normal or inactive disease
1 = Mild disease
2 = Moderate disease
3 = Severe disease
