Patient | Had a diagnosis of HF44 classified as New York Heart Association class I–III. Aged 18 years or older. Having been informed of the stage of the disease and the treatment. Able to express themselves. Able to read and write using their smartphone.
| Having cognitive impairment (comprehension or expression problems). Taking psychotropic drugs. Participating in other studies within the last 3 months.

Caregiver | Patient’s family members or close relatives. Providing care free of charge and spending at least 24 hours per week caring for patients with HF.45 Able to express themselves. Able to read and write using their smartphone.
