Severity of anginaAsymptomatic, CCS class I, II, III or IV
Extent of medical therapyMaximum antianginal Rx: use of at least two classes of drugs to reduce angina symptoms
Extent of ischaemiaBased on non-invasive stress testing and assessment of ischaemic risk (low, intermediate, high)
Extent of anatomic diseaseOne-vessel, two-vessel, three-vessel disease, with or without proximal LAD or left main coronary artery
