AvailabilityThe extent to which the provider has requisite resources (eg, equipment, supplies) to meet service-user needs
AccessibilityGeographic accessibility is determined by how easily service users can physically reach the provider's location
AcceptabilityThe extent to which service users and providers are comfortable with each other's immutable characteristics (eg, sex, age, status)
AffordabilityThe extent to which the provider's charges relate to service user's ability and willingness to pay
AccommodationThe extent to which the provider's services are organised to meet service user's constraints and preferences (eg, opening times, communications, appointments)
