    The not only paedriatic unplanned hospital readmission depends mainly from the sense and meaning that is attributed to the healthy. Today's physicians define healthy, and therefore healed, an individual who shows again his haematological values in the normal range, and physiological patterns of the image departments. All in accord with the traditional view of the diagnosis / therapy of the overt disease, one of the two sides of the diagnostic / therapeutic Medal of Medicine. Overlooking the second face of the medal, i.e., that of diagnosis/therapy of the potential disorder (ex nihilo nihil fit) unplanned hospital readmission will continue to be high. As a matter of facts, the human body is made of Energy-Matter for one part and a billion parts of Energy-Information, which characterizes the pre-clinical stage of diseases, basis of pre-primary and primary prevention. The time has come for the diagnosis and therapy of the Constitution-Dependent, Inherited Real Risks of CVD / CAD, T2DM, Osteoporosis, Brain degenerative dysesase, a.s.o., the consequence of heritble impairment of Energy-Information, secondary to a mitochondrial cytopathy, I have discovered and described in the late 70s.
