    Need for study in the reverse direction

    It would be interesting to know if any studies have been carried out in the reverse direction? That is, the effect of making complaints on those who have raised them. It would be useful to illuminate the stage at which the process becomes stressful, intimidating, perceived to be biased or untrustworthy; whether the process has been influenced by claims of being 'vexatious' and so on.
