    Dear Readers,

    It is interesting to note that this paper attracted a fair amount of press coverage. Some of it was faithful to the scientific message, while a minority seemed to exaggerate our conclusions/quotations and focus on secondary points. This is an important but societally challenging topic for research and we are grateful to all those who have passed our findings onto a wider audience in whatever forum....
