Sundstrom et al. examined the association between marital status and dementia in adults by a 10-year cohort study [1]. The authors handled 2,288,489 induviduals, and 31,572 dementia individuals were observed. Marital status was classified into married, single, divorced or widowed, and the incidence of dementia was monitored.
