Disparities in gestational age–specific fetal mortality rates in the United States, 2009–2013
2017, Annals of EpidemiologyCitation Excerpt :With the increased focus on late preterm and very early term deliveries, a focus on racial and ethnic disparities should continue as well. The literature is clear that risk factors of fetal death vary by race and ethnicity and by gestational age [36,37]. Further evidence related to cause and timing of fetal death (in utero or during delivery) might provide more information about whether content of care varies across populations.
