Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus First-generation migrants, born in the Middle East, and self-identified as of Arabic-speaking background, defined as someone whose first language is Arabic, born in any of the following countries: Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria or Egypt Self-identified as ‘Caucasian English-speaking’; defined as someone of Anglo identity born in North America, Australia, UK or New Zealand; and whose first language is English	Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus Older than 75 years Diagnosed with any form of malignancy (cancer)
