HypertensionSelf-reported current use of antihypertensive medication, or a systolic blood pressure ≥140 mm Hg, or a diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mm Hg

Current tobacco useSelf-reported use of any tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars or pipes
Heavy episodic alcohol consumptionSelf-reported consumption of at least 4 (for females) or 5 (for males) standard alcoholic drinks in a single drinking occasion at least once in the past 30 days
Inadequate fruit and vegetable intakeSelf-reported intake of less than 5 servings of fruit and/or vegetables per day
